Our Indoor concession stand and grill offer a variety of fresh food options. TradeX offers full service bars and non alcoholic beverages available throughout the venue.

Credit, Debit and Cash will be accepted on site.

A current government issued Photo I.D including your birth date (no photocopies accepted) and a second piece of government issued ID with name and photo,.

NO bags allowed! Only small clutches or purses.

Purses, backpacks or bags must be no larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (35cm x 35cm x 15cm). Guests will be required to return their bags to their vehicles or another secure area prior to admittance.

For your safety and comfort, the following items are prohibited within TradeX

• Outside food + drink
• Drugs / drug paraphernalia
• Glass of any kind
• Alcohol
• Coolers
• No low back or high back chairs
• Camelback / bladders
• Weapons of any kind – knives and firearms included
• Bottles and cans
• Sticks, flagpoles, selfie stick
• Aerosol cans
• Skateboards
• Rollerblades
• Roller skates
• Outside food or beverages*
• Illegal drugs or noxious substances
• Cameras, sound and/or video recording devices as per event restrictions
• Helium balloons
• Stolen tickets
• Bags or luggage
• Items prohibited based on event promoter request
• Horns, noisemakers, cowbells, foghorns
• Masks (that cover the face)
• Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives, ammunition, explosives, pepper spray and mace

Illegal items will be turned over to Abbotsford Police. If a guest is found in the facility with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated, and, in some cases, the fan may be evicted from the building..

TradeX is a smoke-free venue. In adherence to City of Abbotsford health bylaws, we do not provide designated outdoor smoking areas, and there are no in-and-out privileges. If you are smoking prior to entering, please remain six meters away from the building. Any guest found smoking inside of TradeX will be evicted. This includes e-cigarettes and personal vaporizers, and cannabis.

No. TradeX is a smoke-free venue including the use of cannabis. Any guest found smoking or vaping cannabis inside of TradeX will be evicted. In adherence to City of Abbotsford health bylaws, we do not provide designated outdoor smoking areas, and there are no in-and-out privileges. Guests found in possession of cannabis during security screening will be permitted into the building as long as the amount does not exceed the legal limit to carry in the Province of British Columbia.

For the safety of our guests, you may be denied entry if you are impaired by cannabis.

For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to eviction or possible arrest and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Impairment due to cannabis
• Being a minor in possession of cannabis or providing a minor with cannabis

Empty plastic water bottles are welcome at TradeX. Please note that any glass or steel bottles and all types of cans are not permitted. Our water bottle policy for concerts and all other events is subject to change.

Drinking fountains are located in the Concession seating area

We welcome service animals!

All entrances at TradeX are accessible by wheelchair, however the Loft and the Aviator rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

There are only two wheelchairs available on site. Availability is based on a first come/first serve basis. Guest Service Centre is located just inside the front entrance.

First Aid personnel are available to assist any guests in need. Our First Aid Room is open during most events

Coat check services are offered during certain events. Please ask TradeX staff at the entrance, if you are interested in checking an item.

Please send an email to lostandfound@tradexbc.com with the date you believe you left the item, a description of the item and your contact information. Items found following events at TradeX will remain in Lost & Found for 30 days, after which time they will be donated to one of our designated charities.

The distribution of promotion items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on TradeX property without written consent from TradeX management. Those distributing any of the above without prior approval will be requested to leave the property.

TradeX is located at 1190 Cornell St, Abbotsford. There is on site parking available and Uber and taxi pick up and drop off locations.

Event hours vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the Event Organizers. Check out our online Event Calendar for more information on a specific event.

Re-entry is permitted for most TradeX events. For some events re-entry may not be permitted, there will be signage stating this when leaving the event area.

For concerts and festivals, on the day/night of the show, the Box Office (ground-level, at the entrance to the facility) is open until the headline performer takes the stage. Guests are required to show photo identification and the credit card used to purchase when picking up tickets. For questions, please call Showpass at __.

Ticket scalpers are not recognized ticket agents. If you purchase tickets from a scalper, intentionally or not, you risk being refused entry. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, TradeX strongly urges all patrons to purchase their tickets from authorized ticketing outlets and not to patronize ticket brokers or scalpers.

The resale of event tickets on TradeX property is prohibited.

For information on postponed or cancelled events, refer to your point of purchase location. For cancelled events, ticket refunds are available at point of purchase and are subject to their terms and conditions.
